Luka Milivojevic has joined up with his Crystal Palace team-mates ahead of the trip to Stoke City following the completion of his visa application.
The Serbian had been unavailable for last weekend’s home defeat to Sunderland as he returned home to finalise his move to the Eagles from Greek giants Olympiacos, and Sam Allardyce confirmed in his pre-match press conference that the 25-year-old would now be available to play.
Despite his availability, Milivojevic may not be in for an immediate start, as Allardyce made clear he would need to assess the midfielder before ‘throwing’ him into Premier League football.
“All four [new signings] will be available,” said Allardyce. “Luka’s finally got in with his visa, so it’s whether we risk throwing him in at the deep end or not – we’ll wait and see.”
